How far are you from Atlantis Resort and Casino?
We are only 5 minutes in walking distance from Atlantis Resort and Casino.

Are you on the beach?
We are located in the center of Paradise Island, just minutes from the beach area.

Do you have a shuttle that provides service from the airport?
No, we do not provide ground transportation, however taxis are typically available right outside the hotel door.

How much is a taxi to your hotel from the airport?
Taxi service starts at $27 for the first two passengers, one-way.

If I arrive early or depart after check-out, where can I store my luggage?
We can store your luggage in our luggage storage area, located in the security office.

Where can I change if I arrive early and the room is not ready?
We offer a hospitality room.

Do you offer day rooms?
No, we do not.

Do you give the wristbands out at the front desk for Atlantis?
No, all wristbands are issued at the pool & beach booths at Atlantis.

How do I get a wristband for Atlantis?
You will have to present your ID card that was issued at check-in.

Do you offer baby-sitting?
Yes we do. This can be arranged through our housekeeping department.

Where is the breakfast area?
The breakfast area is located in the East Wing, near the elevators. On occasion, a second breakfast area is open outdoors adjacent to the pool. Please ask the front desk upon arrival and they will point you in the right direction.

How many of your rooms have been renovated? Which wing?
As of December 2007, all rooms at Comfort Suites Paradise Island have been renovated with tile floors and bright tropical d'cor. The West Wing and the East Wing both feature renovated rooms for the comfort of our guests.

What is the easiest way to walk to Atlantis from the Comfort Suites?
From the front desk, simply walk down the hallway in the West Wing towards the pool, until you reach the back door. Head down the stairs and then up the small hill towards Coral Towers. This is a very short walk. Once inside the Coral Towers, you can get directions on how to find the nearest towel hut, where you will get your wristband to get access to the facilities at Atlantis.

Is there a surcharge for additional guests in the room?
Yes. The rates at the hotel are based on double occupancy. For a third and fourth adult in the room (16 years and older), please add an additional $40.00 (plus taxes) per person, per day.

Where can I go to buy bottled water or sunscreen?
The Paradise Island Shopping Center and the shops at Marina Village are both located across the street from the hotel. Most gift shops and some other stores and boutiques typically have bottled water, sunscreen and other necessities you may like to have for the duration of your stay.
