Comfort Suites Paradise Island offers a modern, comfortably designed meeting room that divides into two sections. An adjacent foyer is ideal for receptions or private luncheons. A small intimate room is also available for boardroom style meetings of up to 10 people. The tropically landscaped pool deck area can be utilized for evening functions. 

The meeting room is equipped with individual controls for air conditioning, and multiple 110V electrical outlets. Podium, pads, pens, pencils and easel tablet are provided complimentary by the hotel. Audio-visual equipment, floral designs, entertainment and photographers are provided by local suppliers and can be arranged through the hotel. The hotel will coordinate arrangements for catering of receptions and meal functions as required.
